New Clients
New clients are required to pay a $50 deposit to secure their first booking.
If a new client cancels their appointment within the guidelines outlined below, they can keep the deposit on their account as credit towards a future booking.
If a new client cancels their appointment without adhering to our cancellation policy (as outlined below)

their deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment.

If a client fails to cancel within 48 hours / have cancelled previously / never showed up

then you be charged a cancellation fee.

Clients who continually change appointment times/days

may have their deposit forfeited/not be able to reschedule.
